What we collect

• What you type into the home-value form: your name, phone, email, home address and when you might sell, plus any details about your home you choose to add (size, basement, condition, updates, floor plan).
• Your consent to be called and texted, with the date and time you gave it.
• Site analytics from Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, how you arrived and which buttons you used. It uses cookies and doesn't identify you by name, and nothing you type into the form is sent to it. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

How we use it

• To prepare your home value and contact you about it by phone, text or email.
• Your request goes into our customer relationship system (Follow Up Boss), where a member of our team follows up.
• To understand which pages are helpful and improve the site.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with other brokerages or lead marketplaces.

Calls and texts

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and ask us to stop calling at any time. Agreeing to be contacted isn't a condition of any purchase or service.

Third-party services

The area map uses Mapbox, which receives your browser's request for map tiles. Analytics are provided by Google and Vercel. Each handles that data under its own privacy policy.
